"Most supplement websites are designed to sell you as many products as possible. We believe in a different model: educate people so well that when they buy something, they buy the right thing — once."
What we actually do
Every article on SuppStarter follows the same structure: we explain the biological mechanism first, then present what the research actually shows — including honest numbers, not inflated claims — and only then recommend products we genuinely consider worthwhile.
If a supplement has weak evidence, we say so. If a cheaper option works just as well as an expensive one, we tell you. If you probably don't need a supplement at all because your diet already covers it, we'll say that too — even if it means fewer affiliate commissions.
Our four principles
Evidence only
We only cover supplements with peer-reviewed research. No trending ingredients without data, no anecdotes presented as fact.
Honest about limits
Every supplement has non-responders, contraindications, and limitations. We always include these, without exception.
Global by design
We recommend products on iHerb and Amazon — available in 180+ countries. Our advice should be useful whether you're in Brazil, India, or Germany.
Transparent about money
We use affiliate links and disclose every one of them. Our commissions never change what we recommend. Read our full disclosure.
